A-Level/ Level 3 BTEC Results Day 2026

We would like to wish all of our Year 13 students the very best of luck as they receive their A-Level/ BTEC results.

As Results Day approaches, we want to ensure that all Year 13 students are fully informed about the arrangements for collecting their results. Below you'll find everything you need to know, including when and where to collect your results, the support available on the day, and what to do if you are unable to attend in person.

Results Collection

Date: Thursday 13 August 2026

Time: 9:00am – 10:30am

Year 13 students are invited to collect their A-Level results from The Excelsior Academy.

• Results will be available from 9:00am

• Students should enter through the main entrance

• We encourage all students to collect their results in person so that they can access the support available on the day.

Support Available

Our team will be available throughout the morning to help students with their next steps, including:

• University confirmation and admissions

• Clearing and adjustment support

• Careers advice

• Employment, apprenticeships and other post-18 destinations

Support will be available from:

• My Big Career

• The Sixth Form Team

• Teaching staff

Students are welcome to come to the Academy from 9:00am to access this support.

If you are unable to collect your results in person, a parent or carer may collect them on your behalf.

To do this:

• The parent or carer must bring valid photo identification.

• The student must provide written authorisation from their The Excelsior Academy student email account.

• Authorisation should be emailed in advance to exams@excelsiorcst.org.

• Students who would like their results sent digitally should also notify the Exams Manager in advance by emailing exams@excelsiorcst.org from their student email account.

GCSE Results Day Information 2026

We would like to wish all of our Year 11 students the very best of luck as they await their GCSE results.

Below you'll find everything you need to know about GCSE Results Day, including how to collect your results, the support available on the day, and information about Sixth Form enrolment and your next steps.

Results Collection

Date: Thursday 20 August 2026

Time: 9:00am – 10:00am

Year 11 students are invited to collect their GCSE results from The Excelsior Academy.

• Results will be available from 9:00am

• Students should enter through the main entrance

• Please make every effort to collect your results in person, as many colleges and sixth forms require your Statement of Results during their enrolment process.

Support Available

Support will be available throughout the morning to help students with their next steps, including:

• College and Sixth Form applications

• Clearing and adjustment advice

• Careers guidance

• Post-16 destinations

Our support team will include:

• IntoUniversity

• The Academy Careers Lead

• The Sixth Form Team

• Teaching staff

Students are welcome to come to the Academy from 9:00am to access this support.

If you are unable to collect your results in person, a parent or carer may collect them on your behalf.

Sixth Form Enrolment

Time: 9:30am – 10:45am

Students who meet the entry requirements will be able to enrol at The Excelsior Academy Sixth Form on Results Day.

Please ensure you bring your GCSE results, as these will be required to complete the enrolment process.
